Position Title: Recruiter – Intern
Type: Work from Home
Work timing: Flexible
Performance Based Pay:
Pay will be performance based. We recruit for many companies. Some companies take 45 days to make payment after the candidate joins, while others take as much as 140 days. No fixed salary would be paid. Competitive performance based pay. Fixed monthly stipend amount would not be paid. Internship Completion Certificate will be issued only to those who provide at least one candidate for which we receive payment.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of talent acquisition. You will support the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and play a vital role in helping us build a strong workforce.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Candidate Communication: Support initial outreach to candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing timely updates.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
